Very nice and quiet. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly.
I liked everything
The eggs were excellent.
It was just ok. The location was awful. Pictures online were misleading, making you think it’s in the heart of Williamsburg but it’s pretty far away and I’m a sketchy area. Staff was nice after the first guy that checked me in, he was pretty sassy with other people and not very hospitable, just very robotic. The room was fine for the price but I didn’t know it was one of those places with a door that can go into the other hotel room. That makes me very uncomfortable. The balcony view was basically a view of the other rooftops, nothing special.
I love the location, it usually fits my itinerary. The balconies are so a plus. My cousin actually used the jacuzzi in one of the suites so I guess that's a thumbs up. I particularly appreciate the kitchenette. Rm 501 is a smaller suite, but is a good second choice, especially if they make the furniture more inviting(upgrade) and freshen the walls. Im particularly fond of the plush corner rooms, the extended balcony gives it that real NY studio feel. I usually bring my fold- up chair, and my mini compact popout table, especially when the weather's nice. I"d get up early, go down to C level and get some wonderful breakfast. The breakfast is light: cold/hot cereals, juices/coffee/tea/cocoa, boiled eggs/cottage cheese/ cheese, bagels/croissants/sliced bread, muffins/Danish/donuts, melon/cantaloupe/apples/oranges/bananas, slices of tomato/onion/green pepper and waffle maker with yummy toppings. Sit on the balcony enjoy my breakfast and tea, read a book/relax/meditate/listen to some music through my headphones(way more invigorating) The Best Room, once upgraded, is the King Suite. Book for yourself and you will see why. Enjoy folks
I've been booking this hotel for years,. Its time for an UPGRADE, REDO, or TLC. Like my curtains had yellow stains in rm 504, as well one of the legs to the table fell off when I slightly bumped it, ALTHOUGH THE LINEN MAY HAVE BEEN CLEAN I DIDNT APPRECIATE SEEING A STAIN OF ANY KIND ON MY BEDDING, COULD HAVE BEEN SPAGHETTI
I was in room 502 the heater makes a lot of unnecessary noise had to unplug it other than that my stay was great
