Room service when tired and not wanting to go straight out wad a godsend.
Breakfast was overpriced for help yourself. Was expecting a nice cooked breakfast but I hate Lincolnshire sausages and the bacon was not cooked enough for my liking. Whilst I appreciate that's my preference for the price it should be service at your table and cooked to order. Then you can request how you like it, I ended up just having toast for £13!!!! Really disappointed by that. Not even coffee was served at table like most places that are self service.
all good would stay again
Location. Spectacular view from the 15th floor. Friendly staff.
Dated room. Poor quality carpet. Unimpressive shower. No bedside plug sockets. £28 per night parking rate for guests excessive and added over 15% to the final bill. Was told we’d been upgraded but room didn’t feel particularly special.
Poor noise reduction - woken by banging doors and a very loud lift motor
The staff were great!!! The location is perfect!!
The hotel could use some updates!!! The elevator situation isn't great!! Long wait times
