It was a lovely spacious room with super comfortable bed. The shower was really nice. Breakfast was also really good quality. The best part was Eugenia who was so nice and accommodating, she is a real star and made me feel welcome throughout out whole stay.
Musty damp smell in bathroom.
Great breakfast and really nice room.
Communal areas stylish and well looked after. Generous and tasty breakfast. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff.
The room was a little disappointing. Whilst modern and nicely decorated, it was tired looking with stained carpets and cushions and scuff marked walls. Not what we expected of a ‘luxury’ room.
Brilliant hotel, wonderful superior room, best breakfast ever, and the staff (all of them) couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.
Parking was a bit of a problem but the receptionist helped us enormously, with a detailed map and advice.
Cannot fault the first class service provided by the team at the hotel. Everyone was lovely and friendly and will definitely stay here again if I visit brighton in the near future.
Nothing to dislike.
