Central position and staff courtesy
In Booking there were no options for "double room with single occupancy", and then the paid price was much higher than the price that would have been paid by making the reservation directly at the hotel
We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived by the staff at reception. Our room was beautiful, with a view of the river and mountains. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is lovely, with a combination of modern facilities, historic building and antique furniture. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's restaurant which is located in the town, a few minutes away from the hotel, was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We left with a very postive and warm feeling about the hotel and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and professional service.
There was nothing that we did not like.
A very traditional hotel tastefully modernised in a beautiful setting. The staff were efficient, friendly and absolutely professional. The buffet breakfast offered was one of the best I have seen.
We had a lovely room overlooking the river and the mountains. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast couldn't have been better. I have been in this area before, but the central location of the hotel led to new discoveries.
Confort, cleanliness, placement, breakfast buffet, quiet
The hotel was ideally suited as a base for a relaxing visit to the town of Bressanone. It was quiet, efficiently run and friendly. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast filling.
There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room; there was a mini bar, but no way of making a hot drink.
