Very attentive staff
Pluses for the hotel include: Comfort and decoration o room, great customer service, location of hotel, views from room.
The hotel could use some attention to detail, as a guest we noticed water infiltration problems with the shower heads, unfinished walls around windows in common areas, equipment needing maintenance in the gym and the pool water was extremely cold.
