Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, delicious and well-presented breakfast, and clean rooms. Many appreciated the convenient location and amenities such as balconies and pools. However, several guests found the bathrooms to be very small and outdated, and some mentioned discomfort with the beds. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making for a pleasant stay for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews

First off they have no USB ports anywhere in the room. Never stayed in a hotel that was not at least upgraded with that. Next the room was dirty. The bed when we pulled back the sheet there was hair all over the sheet. The shower bath tub had hair all over the inside of it. Pros (+) Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room was clean and had good beds.
Cons (-) Nothing.
Pros (+) The interior access to rooms was paramount. It was quiet except for the occasional family with kids.
Cons (-) Parking was a problem. We went to shows in the evening and you had to hike out to the last spaces. It was like no one else went to shows and they stayed at the hotel. The was a shortage of carts to offload cars and move luggage to the rooms
Pros (+) The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous and made our stay very pleasing. The breakfast bar was way above normal and such a nice variety of items. All in all it was a very nice hotel.
Pros (+) They were able to accommodate our dog.
Cons (-) There were lots of ants in the room, but they did come and spray right away.
Pros (+) Located right on the strip
Cons (-) The fitness center has no weights or cable machine. There is just a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike,
Cons (-) The beds suck
