Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom conditions. Several reviewers also complained about unhelpful or unfriendly service at the front desk and issues with booking or deposits. However, a number of guests mentioned that the beds were comfortable and a few appreciated the room size or amenities. Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, but some guests found aspects of their stay acceptable for the price.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice cozy room
Cons (-) Staff took forever to answer the door when we arrived late at night. Rang the doorbell ten times before the guy stuck his head out to see what going on. Stood outside waiting for him for about 20 min
