Location at the end of airport bus and next to many TeansMilenia bus lines. Close to town centre and attractions. Nicely appointed rooms. My room was facing an inside court yard, thus very quet. Good wifi. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Free yummy pop-corn and coffee in the lobby. Sumptuous breakfast.
No place to put toiletry bag in the bathroom (except top of toilet tank). No towel bars for wet towels. Bathroom floor mat and toothbrush glass only provided after 2 days but at least they noticed it was missing. It was just a minor inconvenience but they resolved without my request. I got a bad deal from booking.com. 2 days after my booking without breakfast the price dropped and breakfast was included. I felt a bit short changed.

the staff are very nice at this hotel.
the common areas are very dilapidated, particularly the carpet in the lobby. It was hard to get the water temperature right in the shower and the shower head did not work properly.
