Katoomba motels

Pros: The sky rider motor is less than 2 km from Katoomba station. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again. The best part was that a good Indian restaurant Arjuna was less than 250 m from the motel.

Pros: Locatie is perfect

Pros: Location was only a few kms from the attractions.

Cons: Noisy people arriving late and up early the next day. Not the motor inns fault really. But sound proofing could improve or signs saying to consider others because the rooms are located next to each other.

Pros: Everything!

Cons: Noisy kids on top of us running at 10 oclock at night and water presure in morning wasnt best guess alot of people showering at that time. it was last room and booked for long weekend. didnt spend much time at motel anyway. always out and about

Pros: The bed was the right size, the room warmed rapidly which was a bonus as we arrived late on a cold evening, access to the night key was easily obtained after hours and the bathroom was spacious with a good hot water pressure. The staff were happy, kind.

Pros: We liked the replacement room that was provided after we complained about the terrible room we had to spend the first night in

Cons: The room we had for the first night was awful, there was actually no room to even put a bar of soap in the 'bathroom', let alone any toiletries. The staircase went up the side of the room and the noise from the stairs and upstairs, was horrendous!

Pros: Very handy to restaurants. Close to shops. Good location to tourist areas. Close to walking and hiking spots. Close to railway station. Start very helpful.

Cons: Lots of stairs. Bathroom very small. Kitchen area needs updating.

Pros: The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The room and bathroom were run down.

Pros: Good location to the 3 sisters

Cons: No replenishment of coffee/sugars/milk etc. No cutlery, plates, microwave

Pros: We didn't have breakfast. Good location and cleaning staff were friendly

Cons: The information booklet could have been more informative in regards to breakfast being provided, eg where and times and whether it could be provided in your room.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, nice rooms, clean bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find and close to town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room fitted the four of us in comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The room could do with a paint or revamp as the paper was peeling of the walls.

Cons: The room was very poorly maintained. The wall paper border was coming off. The vanity had mould around it. The staff did not make the beds until pushed and only took the dirty towels away when they were put into their hands. They did not go into the bathroom to wipe it over. Despite being away from the room for over 3 hours it was not made up When v we got back and I had to fight to get it done. Subsequently we were in the room when it was done. Hence our knowledge of what was done. The single bed had a lump at the foot and when I investigated it was the electric blanket controls. The beds were old as was the whole room. The lady in reception when we checked in was lovely and the location was very good.

Pros: The location and outlook. The quietness.

Cons: Room needed a good vacuum and fridge turned to freezing so our items were frozen.

Pros: Clean, hot water, could plug a USB into the TV, easy check-in/out. When I asked for a couple of extra towels there was no hassle, just , "Sure, here."

Cons: Nice if they included wifi with the room - wouldn't cost them any more with so many unlimited plans available
