Pros (+) Pillows were soft. Water was hot. The heater worked. They had whole milk at Breakfast.
Cons (-) The door took multiple (5-7) tries to get in every time. When applying pressure to the door it felt like it was starting to cave in as if it was rotted. Had to fill a garbage can with water to flush my toilet. TV was tiny & offset from the bed. Walls didn’t offer much sound barrier. Homeless people had a camp a 100 yards from room.

Pros (+) It was inexpensive. Old carpet had been replaced with new laminate hardwood, new bed, bed linen, tv. Best rate was only available on line. Clean and comfortable with fresh paint. Fair value for an inexpensive night stay. Did not try the free breakfast.
Cons (-) Best rate was a smoking room, only disclosed at booking time. 800 number was argumentative. Local number only picked up on the 4th try. Front desk was less than helpful as they sat and watched videos on their phone,since the lobby tv didn't work. Drop down ceiling in bathroom was water stained brown and sagging. Pros (+) I like the location of the Red Roof Inn Blooomington. It was very convenient for me. The staff was also noteably helpful and accomadating.
