Cons (-) Room was not ready--beds were not made; there were no towels in the room. To our surprise, our room was a 4th floor walk up with a very narrow winding stairway that would be inaccessible to many people. There was no one to help carry luggage. There was no front desk and the one staff person, when you could find him, was curt at best in contrast to staff at all of the other places that we stayed. F...
