5.4Cleanliness/temperature/parking
We had to pay for parking when the was not even located in an area where parking is an issue such as the coty centre. The room were very cold. I had 2 extra radiator as the heating was blowing cold air. And there were people with pets there such as dogs. When we asked the hotel they said those rooms did not get special cleaning. Considering how dirty pets are I think such room need special sort of cleaning. We were stayong rhere with children as young under 1 .

A few booking in issues, which the Manager sorted out, and a gesture free drink. . Ordered a simple bar snack one eveing which took a while to arrive, however the head waiter coped well with the situation. It is chargeable parking at the hotel. The NEC shuttle bus works well.
