2 hour wait to check in, and only when we persisted. No apology. Then, no towels for another hour. Only 1 bell cap to assist for entire hotel. He apologized and said he was the only one on duty on a Saturday evening! Room was small for the price. Casino sucks. Old machines, dark, dingy. Parking was a nightmare. Not only were there few place to park, but all require long walk to the lobby for check-in. Never Again.
Won’t be back
The room was clean and bed was comfy
No hot water just warm, no frig no microwave
The sndwhich my wife and I had at the restaurant.
The room had a very bad odor. The door did not have our room number, so we had to play the guessing game on which was our room. AC was working intermittely. Do not recommend for the money paid. Staff came to spray deodorizer and once he was there he said this room smells bad.
Great Hotel poor Casino
Hotel comfortable but a bit cramped.
Hotel comfortable but a bit cramped. They really need to do something about the doors. At first look at the rooms in hall, looks like it's due a huge renovation. But just cheap paint, the rooms look great. The Casino has to be the worst in Biloxi. The worst Harrahs we've been to. Need big update including staff. Sad, because there was a time when this Casino led the Gulf Coast. Back when it was the Grand.
Very Nice Hotel small casino
Very Friendly nice hotel.
Wish there were more restaurants or the buffet offered breakfast
Last minute booking
Even though my room was non-smoking, I could smell smoke in my room, in the hall, Etc.
Perfect with 1 exception
Everything was wonderful.
The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is the hotel room smelled of stale cigarettes. NOTE: I chose and was given a "NON-SMOKING" room.
Staff was good and friendly .
Phone did not work in room . To loud for children at night. To many hidden fees . No access to the Stake and Shake for children . Room had a funny smell.
It was a great deal for the money however we only stayed 2 nights instead of the 4 we would have liked to stay do to the weekend price increase! Still a beautiful, clean hotel with very friendly employees! Oh and the food in the casino was awesome!
very nice staff
resort fee, can not justify to gamble in their casino
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would return.
Siri wasn't much help getting me from the highway it keep wanting to give me hotel in New Orleans
