The location of this property is its biggest asset, right next to all the shops and restaurants. There's also plenty of parking onsite. The staff is incredibly professional and kind, from the front desk to housekeeping. The property is older and needs renovations. There's not even USB ports at the desks which most hotels have now. Great location can walk to old village in a few minutes. Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa. The hotel is a bit outdated. Thin walls and windows making it a bit noisy. Fireplace needs to be fixed.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. They gave us free breakfast due to the mix up on our booking. Everyone we passed by was amiable. The location was right next to the main strip of shops. You could walk if you have the energy and endurance of the cold. Lots of room in the fridge to bring home leftovers. There is also a kuerig. So bring your own pods. Cons (-) The back parking lot ramp to get into the building is really strange. It's unnecessarily maze like. The air conditioner is loud but you HAD to have it on otherwise it'd get too hot.
