The font desk clerk, Sunny?, Was a bit unprofessional. At first I didn't mind it, I thought she was trying to be funny. I help manage a resort. Holiday weekend, and I know I'm sold out the night before and that night .....I would have brought on more than two people to clean rooms. Especially since some are full on cabins. We came to the resort, she offered me an upgrade for $100 per night. I took it. 430pm rolls around we come back to the resort room still not ready. I stated we will take the other room it's fine. She stated she already sold it, cuz I stated I'll take this one. That she does have a room with a bed and futon. I declined that. We need beds, not futons. At 5 pm we were finally able to get into our room, check in is at 4. I asked her for a late check-out she stated she doesn't do late check outs. Then she saw me looking at my clock and stated we can do 12. We got to the room...it was ok. However in the bathrooms, there were pubes all in the shower. Not enough towels. And boogers on the wall. In the bedroom, I stayed on the smaller side, there was pet hair all over the comforter. The brown blankets smelt like throw up. We brought our own so I used them since my son is allergic to Cats and I couldn't tell what kind of hair that was.
the staff was attentive. I had issues with the hot tub and they came right away and fixed it.
the floors looked clean but after walking barefoot my feet were dirty. I informed the office when i left the next day just as a FYI and they lady running the front desk got upset and said that the floors were alway mopped. I told here just letting you know. but it wasnt anything that would keep me from going back
The locAtion of the hotel. The view was also nice.
The location of the property was awesome but the room was absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t walk around without shoes on without the bottoms of my feet being almost black! The baseboards and walls were very dirty also.
Heaters not warm enough. Could seriously use some more rugs cause the floor was like ice.
Fairly basic but clean, quiet accommodation. Cabin comes with an open log fire that you can buy wood for for approx $8 - very cozy after a day on the slopes.
No real breakfast option, although we were offered free coffee. The place is very nice but isn't luxury - but that's not what we were looking for so we loved it.
