Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and access to shops and restaurants. Some reviewers appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, outdated furniture, and uncomfortable beds. Several mention issues with amenities, such as lack of towels, unreliable wifi, and extra charges for parking. While the value for price is considered acceptable by some, others feel the facilities do not match the advertised quality.
