Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and easy access to public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight discomfort with the beds and pillows, as well as issues with room size and noise between rooms. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and staff friendly, while others mention lapses in cleaning and unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location but falls short in comfort and some aspects of service.AI-generated from customer reviews
