Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the exceptional hospitality, friendly and attentive staff, and warm atmosphere of the ryokan. The traditional Japanese breakfast and onsen facilities, including both indoor and outdoor baths, were frequently highlighted as outstanding. Many appreciated the authentic ambiance, beautiful traditional architecture, and thoughtful touches throughout their stay. Cleanliness, comfort, and amenities such as private baths and garden views were also positively noted. A few minor negatives mentioned included some noise, slightly cold rooms, or shared bathrooms, but these were generally outweighed by the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
