The staff is super lovely. Even though they can’t speak English a lot, it was still possible to communicate. The interior is good quality and it’s possible to use an onsen privately. The breakfast was an interesting mixture of different little dishes
Loved that they had both a public bath (M/F separate) and a Family Bath all on site and included, with a kimono to wear there! Also, loved the restaurant just .1 km away with the hot water to soak your feet in while you eat and listen to the rain!!
I would have liked a double bed, but I guess that is the "experience"??
1. Dinner was very good and exceeded our expectation. 2. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The room for 4 ppls are very small which seems not so match with the website shown, which was the most place beyond our expectation.
A family style Hotel with warm house feeling. Great Dinner and the Staffs are nice and friendly.
Had the hotel all to ourselves. No other people boarded with us.
The attitude when we first arrived. Very rigid reception. Very tense as the staff are hurrying us the moment we stepped in. Time for meal are also very rigid. Two choices only. The staff wait on you anxiously and start clearing up before you are done. Hotel totally turned dark at 9pm. Onsen very dirty.
