Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the modern facilities. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as air conditioning leaks, noise from outside, slow elevators, and occasional understaffing. Breakfast and food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the buffet while others found it lacking. Amenities like the pool and gym were noted, though some felt the entertainment and variety could be improved.
