Pros (+) The lobby is great. Staff is great. Included breakfast is great. Free shuttle is great.
Cons (-) The rooms are old. The bed/pillow is not very comfortable. I've been told that all the rooms are being renovated.

Cons (-) The rooms fridge puts out a high pitched squeal that was so iritating I had to move it to the bathroom and close the door so I wouldn't hear it. That brought my comfort rating down. I wish there was a microwave in my room but there was one to use by the restaurant

Pros (+) The place was very close to the company I visited, with a reasonable price, which made it ideal. I will probably visit it again next time I will go to Seattle.

Cons (-) Age of room. minor cleanliness problems. My daughter found pretzels under the bed. This is not a huge issue because I know how hard it is to clean room especially after a family with children has stayed in it. Non the less it left me perplexed.
