Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness, making service the standout aspect of the hotel. The location is also highly appreciated for its proximity to downtown and tourist attractions. However, several guests mention that the breakfast is limited or disappointing, and some note issues with cleanliness and noise, especially from the street or neighboring rooms. While some rooms are spacious and comfortable, others are described as dated or in need of maintenance. Overall, the positive service and location outweigh the negatives for most guests.
