Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding location near major attractions, shopping streets, and public transport, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Many reviewers mention friendly and helpful staff, though some note language barriers and inconsistent service. Cleanliness and maintenance receive mixed feedback, with several guests commenting on outdated rooms, unpleasant smells, and the need for renovation. Value for price is often questioned, as some feel the hotel does not meet five-star expectations.
