Pros: We enjoyed this boutique hotel very much. It's an older building with plenty of character and is interesting because all of rooms are different. We had a suite on the first floor, the room was extremely spacious with high beamed ceilings and 2 bathrooms which is somewhat unique. There was a bit of noise from the floors creaking when the upstairs neighbors walked around but it was delightful to our ears and is definitely part of the ambiance we were looking for in Beaune. Location is inside the walled city and close for restaurants, wine shops and other shopping. We look forward to our next visit

Cons: The part of the stay that was not good was the integrated but separately run restaurant Loisseau des Vignes. Staff were disinterested, the decor very dated and the food was not as I would expect from a Michelin star restaurant- this rather spoiled the evening and as part of Le CEP packages that is a shame.

Cons: We stayed on a quiet Sunday night in January and found a parking space nearby which was free up to 9am which will be unlikely at busier times. At reception they said free parking was available 2 1/2 mins away.

Pros: Hotel is part of a chain which usually is much better than this one. You get a code to check in - but the doors are wide open, even so no employee is at the property. Anyone just walks in. Not picked up trash greets you in the parking lot. In the room we had for 2 people only one set of towels- In the evening when a lady was for a short period at the check in we asked for another set and were very unfriendly treated. There are many other hotels right in the area with the same price advertised - wouldn't use this one again.

Check-in is available 24/24 is your not afraid of checking in with a machine. We didn't take the breakfast there but you can book it while checking-it (maybe even in the morning). The person at the office for the check-out was very nice. Room is tiny, clean and practical, bathroom is tiny but clean and water is hot. Hotel is located near the highway so it's easy to access.
