The service was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, noting its quality and variety. The unique atmosphere of the historic building and amenities like the pool added to the charm. However, several reviews mentioned the lack of elevators and challenging staircases as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
