Very convenient location for centre of city and station
Facilities were basic, no bedside lights. Furniture a bit old and scratched.
Very good location as 1 minute walk from station and airport bus.
The location was good but in a noisy area.
It was very noisy, ear plugs were provided in the room which says it all. The walls are paper thin, when our neighbours arrived back at 3am we could hear their conversation and banging doors as they came in and out of their room for an hour and a half. The room itself was really shabby and needed a clean but the towels and bedding were clean. we checked out a day early couldn’t bear the noise or the room anymore.
An inexpensive hotel, close to everything in Bath. The hotel is in three buildings that were likely grand houses when built but are now a little dowdy and run down. The least expensive rooms have shared bathroom and shower facilities and are at the top, and there is no lift...so if you have heavy luggage or can't do stairs spring for a pricier room. Breakfast was Continental but substantial, and the coffee was good. There's a bar off the lobby that had some excellent whiskey. Just a few minutes walk from the train station, on level ground - even in the rain I got there quickly.
Bathrooms and showers a bit moldy smelling, the bed and pillows could do with changing.
