The receptionist was a nice helpful lady. The location was also good as it was only a 10 minute walk to the town center.
Hair. Hair everywhere. There was hair on the pillows. There was hair on the duvet. There was hair on the towels. Tiniest sink in the world, hardly any spaces to actually put hand under the tap. The toilet had skid marks. Overall: very unclean and unhygenic. Definitly not worth the price.
It was warm and we had a kettle
TV didn’t work, room was tiny, ceiling very low, really should only be used for children. No hospitality, very basic
The location to the town centre was great and within walking distance.
The cost for breakfast would have been £6 each. For cereal only. We thought that was excessive. We didn't have breakfast.
Good location. Pretty quiet. Easy to get in and out. Nice and warm
The lady /house keeper was very nice
There wee bed bugs in the room! I.killed one that was walking on my chest! After they bitten me I couldn't sleep because I am allergic to them and my body was all itchy. Hence why I cannot describe my stat as comfy I also had to use a pesticide at home when. I got.back just in case the bed bugs had travelled in my bag and clothes
