Great hotel & great location
From check-in to leaving, an excellent experience. Hotel is literally across the street from the train station. It's a nice walk to the old town area and the river. And a quick trolly ride back with the included free town pass. Room was large and well equipped. Bath was spotless, well-equipped and with large walk-in shower. Included breakfast was delicious and offered good variety served in beautiful dining room.

The room was small, but clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was also good. Hotel was located the central station, so easy access to public transport
For the price that we paid, I expected a bit more. But then again, Switzerland is very expensive in general. However, if I compare it to a hotel in Germany in which I have paid half of the amount for one night, the German hotel was a lot nicer. So, in my opinion no good value for the money.

The friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the restaurant. Also the location was very good and handy for the city.
The noise starting very early in the morning from deliveries being made and waking us up!
