A place to enjoy with great location and great val
The décor, location, price, staff, breakfast., rooms with balcony and street view. Special mention to two of your front desk staff: Javier Martinez and Freyker Rosario, both excellent at their jobs, very professional, great attitude and disposition. Simply wonderful individuals, results oriented with a great smile.
Room 307 - Phone did not work and did not get morning call. Then it took the front desk staff for ever to get a replacement. Then on Monday the 9th the front desk person forgot to wake me up because 'he was too busy and forgot' even though request was made the night before and it was written on the wake up calls listing. It ruined two half day trips I had planned for the day; had to cancel them. Bed matrass was too hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep.. The rooms with balcony and street view was fine but the other ones with interior view were too dark and depressing.

Location is in the middle of the gothic area which makes it easy to get around.
Windows are thin and we got no sleep. People were out on the street all night and the walls were so thin it was like they were in the room with us. The amenities were minimal and the beds were uncomfortable and it looked like the comforters were rarely washed and changed.
