Outstanding Hotel
Room was spacious with a sitting area, very clean and quite. Included air conditioning, coffee maker, safe, refrigerator, and plenty of storage. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect for a tourist trip to Barcelona.
Staff on front desk a mix of effectiveness from excellent to bad. Some of the younger personnel on front desk clearly not happpy working in the hotel trade.

Perfect Location!
Comfy room with lots of room for two single travelers. Double sink vanity and two wardrobe closets made it easy for two friend to travel together. So close to Las Ramblas, the Metro, parks and the port...perfect!

They were great customer service-wise. Helped me store my bags while I was in an interview and provided me access to the spa after I had technically checked out. Overall, a great experience.

Solid Hotel for the Sightseer
Close to sights, literally across from the cathedral. A short walk to Las Ramblas.
Dated Decor. The room while spacious and comfortable has not been updated since the 80s (the the bathroom was renovated). It appears some rooms are renovated while others have yet to get the treatment.

Next to a church where the bells chimed every hour -- through the night! Room was old and tired with peeling paint and smell

PERFECT LOCATION FOR THE GOTHIC QUARTER
WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE OF EVERYTHING IN THE GOTHIC QUARTER. A NICE, CLEAN HOTEL WITH A SIDE WALK CAFE' FACING THE CATHEDRAL. WHILE WE WERE THERE A FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL TOOK PLACE RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. THE HOTEL WAS QUIET DESPITE BEING IN THE HEART OF ACTIVITY. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
