Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro stations and central attractions. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with rooms and facilities described as spotless and well-maintained. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing to a pleasant stay for most guests. While breakfast was generally considered adequate, some found it repetitive or lacking in quality. The pool, though appreciated for its rooftop views, was frequently mentioned as being too small or shallow. A minority of reviews reported negative experiences with customer service and refund policies, but these were outweighed by the many positive comments.AI-generated from customer reviews
