Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The location was often highlighted as convenient, particularly for access to Chinatown and local attractions. Breakfast received positive remarks for quality and service. However, several guests noted that the rooms were quite small and, in some cases, the bathrooms were not up to standard. Despite some negative comments about room size and occasional noise, the value for price and service were generally well regarded.
