Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful service, with many highlighting the staff and owner’s willingness to provide local tips, assist with travel needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also frequently mentioned as central and convenient, yet quiet, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying restful nights. Cleanliness is another strong point, with several guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Many reviewers feel the hotel offers good value for the price, especially given the quality of service and comfort provided. Some negative comments include issues with air conditioning, small room sizes, lack of elevators, and occasional noise, but these are outweighed by the positive experiences reported by most guests.
