Big C Shopping Mall is just opposite the road. Very convenient for food and money exchange.
We had to walk a few steps with the luggage because of the lift design. But of course, if you request, the concierge will send people to help you with.
Muslim hotel. Affordable. Near to Big C.
Iskanda Restaurant just ok for breakfast but serves very good value for money from ala carte menu. Very delicious. Rooms are ok if you manage your expectations. Room attendants do their best with what they got. We always returned to clean rooms. But management could do more to improve staying guests' comfort. You can't beat the location if the Ramkamhaeng area is where you want to be at. Although the big dig currently going on the main road simply makes the already bad traffic jam in Ramkamaheng even worse.
The front counter staff! They are so un-welcoming! Very dour. Not smiling. Upon our arrival, there were no Bell Boys to help us with our luggage. We had to carry 30 kgs of luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator and the front desk staff who witnessed this scene did not even bother to call for assistance. I guess it is expected for guests to carry their own luggage in this hotel? The management seemed to want guests to treat this as just a safe place to stay and nothing more. Surely if they feel on the contrary, then please do something to improve the service level of the very first (and last) people we meet - the front desk.
Muslim friendly hotel.
