Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location near public transport, shopping, and attractions, as well as its good value for money. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, and some guests highlight friendly staff. However, room size is often mentioned as small and amenities are basic, with several reviews noting the lack of bottled water, fridges, and toiletries. Service receives mixed feedback, with some positive experiences but also reports of unhelpful or rude staff. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient and affordable choice for short stays.

Wonderful

Drew, Jan 2019

Pros (+) The location was excellent, and facilities were very clean, and the price was affordable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. And I felt extremely safe in this hotel.

Cons (-) The hotel room was a bit stark, but that is to be expected in a budget hotel. Also, I did not appreciate that they charged for drinking water. No other hotel I encountered in all of Thailand did that. A very cheap move.

Pros (+) Cleanest hotel in the city. It's my 4th time here and I love the simple nature of how it is all put together. Very Zen.
