The Hotel is clean, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The complimentary lounge room in the lobby with coffee and drinks and biscuits is a nice touch. It is also about a 5-10 minute walk from The Mall BangKapi which is handy - although the noise pollution from the traffic and roadworks is a negative!
There is construction immediately opposite the hotel and also major road works along the main road just 50 meters from the Hotel which creates a lot of noise. But by evening time the noise is not very noticeable.

They should consider having and iron box in the rooms. They should also buy new towels that are friendly to the skin and provide a dental kit

I wish there had been more of a selection. Also there was no green tea available.
