The room was small but cozy with its own internal bathroom. The hotel was close to restaurants, some monuments and some nail / massage salon. They gave us free bottles of water on both our days there which was very much appreciated as it was very hot. I also really appreciated the flexibility of the hotel (we arrived very late but there is 24/7 reception) and they also agreed to keep our luggage as we had our flight back home late and we wanted to go around BKK a bit more.
There was close to no natural light in our room. It was ok because we didn't stay in the hotel that much but if you are claustrophobic it may be difficult. The bathroom's window was open in the room as well...

quaint, romantic, charming and cosy, safe and friendly.
breckfast wasn't awesome for the price, but otherwise delicious couldn't open the windows. no bright light, quite dim. but this didn't bother me.
