Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, attentive and friendly staff, and comfortable rooms and beds. However, many were disappointed that the pool was closed or under maintenance during their stay, which was a major drawback for several guests who had chosen the hotel specifically for this amenity. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it good and others disappointed by its quality or service. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its value, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere, but the pool closure was a significant negative for many.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Rooms are amazing
Pros (+) Chillax was a fabulous find In a quiet street, but close to Khosan rd Hotel was high quality, and had excellent places close by to eat and drink, especially Mr Lek at Jok Pochana and Cha’s Bar
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) The proximity to the nightlife. Back away from a main street. Housekeeping was quick and effective when asked to do a quick tidy up
Cons (-) The shower design was in such a way that a person who did this for a living would shiver. Water damage will be a problem in the future. You had to put in your wifi every time to log in. An auto log out is put in place for the customers safety.
