Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for those attending events at Rajamangala Stadium, as it is within walking distance and very convenient. However, many reviews mention issues with service, particularly slow check-in and unhelpful staff, as well as concerns about cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also note that the rooms are old, small, or in need of renovation, but a few appreciate the value for money and improvements made to the property. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, while service and cleanliness require significant improvement.
