We were up graded . We had a good view of the city
The room was not very clean We were not able to have a jug of water in the restaurant. Food and drinks were over priced.

The light in the room were a bit dark and we did not have a table and chairs on our balcony

The suite was very spacious, the bathrooms too and they were full of towels and bathrobes, the 2 bedrooms were also very comfortable and with a nice view of the city at the 30th floor. Also there was another balcony on the main bedroom. The AC was very powerful. Also the staff was really nice to us.
There were no hairdryer in the bathrooms, the bath was a little bit too small for a suite. There was no microwave in the kitchen. A bit outside from the nightlife.

The hotel was great, excellent service, great rooms with high standard of bedding, pillow and mattresses were perfect. Great pool, rooftop bar with excellent views overlooking Bangkok. I would certainly come back here next trip to bangkok.
