Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport, shopping, and attractions, making it very convenient for short stays or transit. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests complain about cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and mention frequent noise from nearby construction or within the hotel, which disrupts sleep. Some found the breakfast basic or repetitive, and a few noted small room sizes and outdated facilities. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
