The design and location of the hotel are simply beautiful. Great to have a fireplace in room! Pool and gym are decent and the rooftop hot tubs and fire pit are AMAZING!

My only slight complaint is that it took a while for the water to warm up in the bathroom sink when brushing teeth, shaving, etc. (Shower always had hot water though!)

The hotel is pretty new and in a super convenience location - right on Baff Ave. There are plenty of good restaurants to go in walking distance, plus a super market in 3 minutes walk. The staff are quite helpful.

Hotel was beautiful and centrally located in the heart of downtown Banff. Parking included was a plus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to RT 1 to lake Louise. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The rooftop jacuzzi was amazing (def dont miss this treat!).

I understand that rooms from departing guest are cleaned first, but our room was the very last and felt rushed. We were out all morning and returned at 2:30 and room still not done. We were getting ready for early dinner at 5 but they started knocking on our door at 3pm bc the last cleaning was at 330-4. So we had to rush getting showered and ready while the cleaning person was waiting right outside our door. Wished they cleaned while we were out and we didn’t even get to rest up in between.
