Convenient location just a hop away from main shopping street and bus stations. Comfortable room with a pretty mountain view from balcony. Provided water and coffee and the lobby, and had coin operated laundry. Friendly and helpful staff.
We liked everything. The staff are wonderful. It's a great location. This was our 3rd stay there.
The bathroom ceiling could us a painting touch up. They need to fix the jets in the hot tub the top ones are not very strong.
Location was well situated.
Very small room, it was downstairs and very dark due the vegetation across the window. Lights on needed all the time. Bathroom was a broom cupboard, it would only fit one person at a time. Bathroom exhaust fan extremely noisy. Vanity & basin outside the bathroom. No drinking glasses, when asked for received plastic ones. Very basic breakfast, no choice. Very expensive, certainly not value for money when compared with other venues when discussed with other travelers. Would we stay there again when we return to Banff - no way. We came away feeling the venue was doing it on the cheap at every opportunity.
The room was very clean. The location was fantastic.
Breakfast not included but can walk to town. Nice large room.
