Cons:Our room had no AC and the unit they brought in worked poorly. Management gave us 2 breakfast free fro our inconvenience, but hat was a poor response . Our room was very loud due to the portable AC and was warm all night because it didn't work well. I think Management did the very minimal to appease our situation. disappointing.
Cons:We had opted out of bringing our stroller this trip and that was the only thing I wish we had at the hotel as it's so big and we were in a wing far from the main building. Wish they had a stroller rental kinda thing
Cons:They had a lot of restaurants but they open for dinner they said they closed at sunset which is 9:30 and they were closed by 8 one night at least 3 rest closed by8
