Loved the location. The bed was so comfy. The massage and spa was wonderful. Bathroom shower was wonderful!
Could never get the temperature right in the room overnight. Either too hot or not warm enough. Other than that, it was wonderful!
We were on the gold level and had breakfast buffet included each day and it was fantastic food and service. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.
Can’t think of anything
Excellent location. Beautiful historic building. Free shuttle bus to downtown Banff and, in weekend, to Gondola terminal too.
Their free shuttle bus does not pick up from Banff downtown. But we enjoyed the 20 minutes walk back to hotel.
Room, even though small was very clean.
Room was a hike having to navigate multiple stairs. My wife could not find the room on her own.
