Bathroom very cold, poor bed, room a bit small. The radiator in the bedroom was not working, told staff nothing was done, had to fix it myself!

The room was warm comfortable and clean.
The lighting in the room was poor. The tv was too small to view unless sitting within 3 feet of the screen. The mirror in the bathroom should be fixed to the wall over the basin at the appropriate height for an adult. We were not told on booking in that the hotel dining room was fully booked for dinner that evening. Breakfast service was unacceptable - Over Half Hour wait for cooked food.The waitress did not tell that there was a problem/delay to cooked dishes.No butter nor milk on the table - had to ask. We were not offered a second cup of coffee whilst we waited. The scrambled eggs when they arrived were a ghastly greasy mess and the mushrooms swimming in oil.
