Location was great.
Bathroom had stray black hairs on the door and floor, need I say more? Leftover towel hanging in shower curtain. Eck. Sheets were pilly and rough and I can't say for sure all the bedding was freshly washed.
We liked the location, but were very disappointed in the property...very dirty room, things broken- light, door, fan...very expensive for what it was, sorry to say. Would not have minded the high cost if it was at least clean.
Great friendly and helpful staff, and arguably the best, most convenient and beautiful location of any in Baltimore. The pet policy is very reasonable.
Probably just part of being a historic hotel but bed linens were a little shabby, no exhaust fan in bathroom, bed was terribly hard, pillows were worse - and beware the city’s shockingly high lodging taxes (true at any city hotel, of course). Also be aware one “pays” for the convenience of being in the heart of this wonderful historic neighborhood by having to put up with loud street noise and bar live music until at least midnight.
We were there for my nieces wedding and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly , and I was concerned about getting ready but the staff moved us immediately and we made to the wedding!!
Just the issue with the air conditioner but they solved that immediately
It was a historic hotel in a historic area. Staff were very nice, accomodations were nice and the location in Fells Point was very good.
