Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to beaches, main avenues, and local attractions as a major advantage. However, reviews were mixed regarding service, with several guests experiencing issues at check-in, unresponsive staff, or problems with remote communication, while others found the staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness received neutral feedback, with some rooms and bathrooms reported as spotless, but others noted issues such as leftover hair and worn linens. Breakfast was generally considered basic or lacking in variety, though a few guests enjoyed it. Bed comfort and room conditions were also mixed, with some finding the beds comfortable and rooms spacious, while others mentioned discomfort and maintenance issues. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest feature, while service, cleanliness, and amenities present areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
