Pros: The breakfast was good. Best part was the timing - upto 1 pm. So one can complete his lunch and move wherever one wants to travel locally. The spread was good too. The location was also good. On the river front and one can also be on the Baga beach by walking half a kilometre. There are many restaurants too nearby. The infinite pool overlooking the river is amazing with lots of sitting places near the pool.

Pros: The breakfast was good. Best part was the timing - upto 1 pm. So one can complete his lunch and move wherever one wants to travel locally. The spread was good too. The location was also good. On the river front and one can also be on the Baga beach by walking half a kilometre. There are many restaurants too nearby. The infinite pool overlooking the river is amazing with lots of sitting places near the pool.
Cons: We were here for our anniversary. Checked with them if they could do something special for an evening dinner. But they did not have much suggestions and nothing much to do. Could have been more creative on this. The welcome drink was not good. It was the same as served in any other hotel. It could be better to give a good welcome drink.

There were two balconies with the room - one of them had a hammock, out-looking the main road and the other one opened up in the verandah / open area of the property with couple of chairs and a small table where you could sit and enjoy the beverage of your choice, again not something that we were expecting so was definitely a positive surprise :)

Cons: Don't think this is the property's con but I am answering since it's asked. We stayed here on Saturday night that's when there are generally parties and I think some market (flea?) on Baga beach. And since, it's Goa (& Baga is generally visited by a lot of tourists), we were woken up deep from our sleep due to the noise on the main road below, at around 3-4 am.

Wouldnt allow me to pay on a card in rupees and hotels exchange rate to sterling was £47 more than the banks. Manager not very helpful and didnt seem to understand how a card machine and exchange rate works.

Cons: The hotell it self feel very dated, lots of marks on the walls in the room, would need repaint. Lamps on the room was not properly cleaned for months, lot of dust build up. Classic pillow check showed a badly stained pillow, which was replaced when reported...but it should not have been there at all. bed linnen was also stained and had holes in them. Wifi was working on and off, might be because of the season but it is mentioned as an amenity then it need to work otherwise it is better to not have it. For the price payed half board should been included. I would rate this hotel as a 2 star...

Pros:
Cons: Avoid at all costs. Not worth your money. Wifi not working anywhere. Worst bed I have slept on in all of india. Very noisy. And the best of all they will try to scam you pretending they don’t have change when you pay for the room.No late check out possible without paying for a full extra night. Rude and unhelpful staff. Demanded cash payment in full on arrival. Presented with a list of costs for any damages on arrival (see pictures), not welcoming at all!

Pros: Location 100m from the beach
Cons: The location was great, however the hotel bar closes at 3am and the noise from the bar is irritatingly loud with little consideration for guests. Staff are polite and friendly but not very helpful. We were forced to stay in a sub standard room for one night and did not receive any discount for this. Advise to pay with card not cash as admin and record keeping appeared poor

Cons: It is not value for money. 1- Don't expect room service at all in this hotel, they have 3 quarters out of which only one is important because it has expensive rooms. 2- Ideally a hotel should give /replace water bottles daily which did not happen. 3- Cleaning of the room should happen everyday which is housekeeping and basic requirement when someone goes in an hotel. This is hotel has forgotten everything. 4-Room service closes at 8pm??
