The hotel is 5 minutes away from the town centre and the staff were friendly. It is in a good location for people who likes to hike in the black forest.
I can't think of any thing that I didn't like.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Baden Baden. The room was exceptional with a balcony and street view. Both room and the bathroom was very clean and had a lovely balcony which was lovely to sit on with a glass of wine. The breakfast choice was small but had everything hot and cold you could want. Filter coffee was freely available and for a small charge you could have Cappuccino or Latte. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Only one niggle there is limited parking at the hotel so you have to contact them as soon as you book to reserve a spot.
