Cons:Alot of noise from other rooms Poor air conditioning
Cons:Room was not cleaned when they checked me in. Called to front desk and they said it was cleaned but clearly not and then they argued with me. Not sure I would stay here again

Cons:I was in Austin on personal business. Do to an emergency, I was required to stay an extra day-- it was late in the afternoon. I opened my laptop, went to Kayak and found a hotel. I quickly reserved a room then continued on w/my business. A few hours later I arrive at the hotel only to realize I used the wrong date (the next night) and didn't have a reservation. The hotel was sold out! I called Kayak, tried to cancel, tried to explain my situation. Rebuffed in each and every case. No. The policy. No, your responsibility. I didn't have a room and eventually went directly to the Hilton hotel site. I called back the next day, one more attempt to have a reasonable conversation, a common sense discussion. No, the policy is clear. I will never use Kayak again. There are plenty of options and the insensitivity, the lack of interest in recognizing a simple mistake and helping with accommodation that night-- didn't exist.
